We facilitate and attend a number of events to support those interested in, embarking on and undertaking a surgical career.

Most events are split by audience.  If you wish to attend an event listed below please follow the link to the relevant section of the website or to the organisers for booking details or email for further details.

Pre-medical student events

We run and attend a number of events for school students interested in medicine and surgery.  These are aimed at years 12 and 13.  These sessions include talks from medical students and surgeons as well as a chance to practice some practical skills.

The 2009 London schools dates are currently fully booked: We manage booking for the London events through schools careers teams.  If you have students who may be interested in future dates please email us with the most appropriate contact details.

We will be taking a stand at the Medlink Conference on Wednesday 16th December

The student careers afternoons run twice a year in Spring and Autumn.  For details and booking of the event on 27th October please see the careers afternoons’ section.
