Women in Surgery
While women can and do succeed in all specialities of surgery, there remain relatively few female surgeons at consultant level. The College's Women in Surgery initiative aims to to encourage, enable and inspire women to fulfil their surgical ambitions.
By joining WinS, you can not only access a network of colleagues for support and advice, but also meet trainees and students who will benefit from seeing women who have already succeeded in a surgical career.
