Women in Surgery: A Centenary Celebration
Conference: 4th and 5th November 2011
Since Eleanor Davies-Colley became the first female FRCS in 1911, women surgeons have been striving to achieve the best possible results for surgical patients and to lead the profession to ever more excellent standards of care. The 2011 conference helped to continue that tradition.
The programme celebrated the progress of women in surgery and will provided
delegates with opportunities to further their surgical ambitions.
Women in Surgery and the Conference Planning group would like to thank all our speakers and delgates for making the day such a great success.
